Ingredients

  • 6 oz
    Martini & Rossi Bianco

    or other bianco vermouth

  • 3 oz
    St-Germain
  • 2 oz
    London Dry Gin
  • 1 oz
    Lime Juice
  • Perrier

    to top, preferably Perrier, equal parts with prosecco

  • Prosecco

    to top, equal parts with sparkling water

  • 3 wheels
    Cucumber

    2–4 wheels for pitcher; place 1 in each glass before pouring

  • 6 each
    Green Grapes Import opt

    for garnish

  • 3 each
    Lime opt

    for garnish

  • 3 each
    Kiwi Syrup opt

    for garnish

  • 3 each
    Starfruit opt

Instructions

Combine the bianco vermouth, St-Germain, gin, and lime juice in a pitcher over ice. Stir to chill and integrate. Top with equal parts sparkling water and prosecco. To serve, place a cucumber wheel in each glass, pour the spritz over, and garnish generously with green grapes, lime wheels, kiwi wheels, starfruit, green apple slices, and additional cucumber slices.
