Ingredients

2 ozPlymouth Gin

1 ozSimple Syrup
1:1, sugar to water

1 ozHeavy Cream

0.5 ozLemon Juice

0.5 ozLime Juice

1 wholeEgg White
-
6 dropsOrange Flower Water

2 ozClub Soda
Instructions
Combine all ingredients except the club soda in a cocktail shaker and dry shake vigorously without ice to build emulsification. Add three ice cubes to the tin and continue shaking until the ice has nearly fully dissolved. Double strain into a Collins glass, then slowly pour club soda over the top, allowing the frothy meringue to rise above the rim of the glass.
