Ingredients

  • 1 oz
    Adriatico Amaretto Bianco
  • 1 oz
    Lemon Juice
  • 1 oz
    Egg White

    or 1 oz liquid egg white

  • 0.75 oz
    Woodford Reserve Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey
  • 0.5 oz
    Lazzaroni Amaretto
  • 0.5 oz
    Simple Syrup

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker without ice and dry-shake vigorously to emulsify the egg white. Add ice and shake again until well-chilled. Strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass. Express a lemon twist over the surface of the drink, then discard the peel.
