Apple Pulp Syrup

Ingredients

  • 4 oz
    Appleton Estate Signature
  • 8 oz
    Hot Honey Syrup
  • 0.25 oz
    Vitamin C Powder
  • 6 oz
    White/Light

Instructions

Using a hand blender, combine the apple pulp with the hot water and vitamin C powder. Blend for 1 minute until fully incorporated. Add the white sugar and continue mixing until completely dissolved. Strain the finished syrup through a muslin cloth and discard solids.

A lightly tart, apple-forward syrup made from the pulp left over from juicing green apples, sweetened with white sugar.
