Ingredients

  • 2.25 oz
    Gin
  • 0.75 oz
    Aperol
  • 2 slices
    Cucumber

    muddled

Instructions

Muddle the cucumber slices in the bottom of a mixing glass. Add the gin and Aperol, then fill with ice and stir until thoroughly chilled and well-diluted. Strain into a chilled coupe, leaving the muddled cucumber behind. Express a lemon peel over the surface and use as garnish.
