Aged Rum
1 oz

Cognac - VS
0.75 oz

Giffard Banane du Brésil
0.75 oz

Lemon Juice
1 tsp

Rich Demerara Syrup

2:1, sugar:water
1 dash

Angostura Aromatic Bitters

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
