Instructions

Combine the basil vodka, tamarind-lemongrass syrup, lime juice, and limoncello in a shaker with ice. Shake hard until well-chilled. Fine-strain into a Collins glass filled with fresh ice. Top with seltzer and give a brief, gentle stir to integrate. Garnish with a sprig of fresh Thai basil and a thin slice of Thai chile.
