California Citrus Cordial

1 quartBlood Orange Schnapps

1 quartMeyer Lemon Aperitif

1 quartOroblanco or Grapefruit Juice

3 quartSugar
Instructions
Peel and juice all citrus, reserving both the peels and juice. In a large bowl or non-reactive container, combine all three juices, the reserved peels, and the sugar. Stir to combine, then cover and let the mixture macerate at room temperature overnight. The next day, strain out and discard all solids. Store the cordial in the refrigerator and use as needed.
