Ingredients

  • 1 oz
    Lofi Dry Vermouth

    preferably Lo-Fi Sweet Vermouth

  • 1 oz
    St. George Pear Brandy
  • 2 oz
    Riesling

    off-dry riesling

  • 1 oz
    Orange Juice
  • 0.5 oz
    Lemon Juice

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker or mixing tin with pebble or crushed ice. Whip briefly to integrate and chill. Pour everything — ice and all — into your glass of choice. Garnish with freshly grated cinnamon and an orange slice.
