Ingredients

  • 2 oz
    Rosé

    dry Italian rosé

  • 1 oz
    Cocchi Americano Rosa
  • 0.75 oz
    Ramazzotti Amaro

    another amaro may be substituted

  • 0.5 tsp
    Giffard Crème de Framboise

    fresh raspberries can substitute

  • 1 top
    Sparkling Wine
  • 1 crescent
    Grapefruit

    cut into a crescent

Instructions

Add 3 hand-cracked ice cubes to a large wine glass, then fill with regular ice cubes. Combine the rosé, Cocchi Rosa, Ramazzotti, and crème de framboise directly in the glass and stir gently until chilled. Top with sparkling wine. Garnish with a grapefruit crescent.
