    Choya Umeshu
  • 0.75 oz
    Angeleno Amaro
  • 0.75 oz
    Giffard Crème De Pêche De Vigne

    or similar peach liqueur

  • 0.75 oz
    Lime Juice
  • 0.75 oz
    Simple Syrup
  • 2 dashes
    Peychaud's Bitters
  • 1 top
    Soda Water

Instructions

Combine the plum wine, amaro, peach liqueur, lime juice, simple syrup, and bitters in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until well-chilled. Strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice and top with soda water. Garnish with an orange twist.
