Chamomile-Infused Old Overholt Rye

Ingredients

  • 0.25 cup
    Chamomile Tea

    loose leaf, heaping

  • 1 liter
    Old Overholt

Instructions

Combine one heaping quarter cup of loose chamomile tea with one 1-liter bottle of Old Overholt rye in a container. Stir thoroughly to combine. Let the mixture stand at room temperature for 1 hour and 45 minutes, stirring occasionally to ensure even infusion. Strain the infused rye through a cheesecloth-lined sieve to remove all tea particles. Store in a sealed container.
