    Watermelon

    Fresh juiced, rind included

  • 911 g
    Standard
  • 3.5 g
    Malic Acid
  • 3.5 g
    Citric Acid
  • 5.5 g
    Chile powder

    Toasted

Instructions

Combine fresh watermelon juice (rind included), cane sugar, malic acid, citric acid, and toasted chile de árbol in a blender. Blend until a uniform consistency is achieved, then strain through a fine-mesh strainer and refrigerate until needed.
