Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz
    Lustau Amontillado sherry

    or similar amontillado sherry

  • 1.25 oz
    Dolin Dry

    or similar dry vermouth

  • 0.25 oz
    Dolin Blanc
  • 1 dash
    Orange Bitters
  • 1 dash
    Angostura Aromatic Bitters
  • 1 twist
    Lemon

    expressed and used as garnish

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir until well-chilled and properly diluted. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Express a lemon peel over the surface and use as garnish.
