Ingredients

  • 1 oz
    Fords Officers' Reserve

    or other London Dry gin

  • 0.75 oz
    Punt e Mes
  • 0.75 oz
    Campari
  • 0.25 oz
    Crème de Cacao White

    use dark crème de cacao

  • 3 dashes
    Chocolate Bitters

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir until well-chilled and properly diluted. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with an orange wedge, a plastic stirrer, and freshly grated Valrhona chocolate.
