Ingredients

  • 2 oz
    Ocho Plata

    or other blanco tequila

  • 2 oz
    Lime Juice
  • 1 oz
    Agave Syrup
  • 0.5 oz
    Cointreau
  • 1 pinch
    Tajín-Salt Rim

    Mix equal parts Tajín and kosher salt

Instructions

Prepare a rocks glass by rimming the edge with a mixture of equal parts Tajín and salt. Combine the tequila, lime juice, agave syrup, and Cointreau in a blender along with 2 cups of ice. Blend until smooth and uniform. Pour the frozen mixture into the prepared glass and garnish with a lime wedge.
