Ingredients

  • 1 oz
    Barbancourt 3-Star rum
  • 1 oz
    Lustau Amontillado sherry
  • 0.25 oz
    Velvet Falernum
  • 0.75 oz
    Lime Juice
  • 3 dashes
    Angostura Aromatic Bitters
  • 1 sprig
    Mint Sprig

Instructions

Combine the rum, sherry, falernum, lime juice, and ginger syrup in a shaker with a few pieces of crushed ice. Shake briefly just until incorporated. Strain into a pilsner glass filled with crushed ice. Swizzle with a bar spoon or swizzle stick until the glass is frosted and cold. Add the bitters to the top of the drink and swizzle them into the surface. Garnish with a mint sprig and serve with a straw.
