Ingredients

  • 1 rinse
    Absinthe
  • 1.5 oz
    Clear Creek Apple Brandy

    8-year

  • 0.75 oz
    Redbreast 12 Year
  • 3 dashes
    Peychaud's Bitters
  • 1 dash
    Angostura Aromatic Bitters

Instructions

Rinse a chilled old fashioned glass with absinthe and discard the excess. Combine the apple brandy, Irish whiskey, honey syrup, and both bitters in a mixing glass with ice. Stir until well-chilled, then strain into the prepared glass. Serve without garnish.
