Ingredients

  • 1 quart
    Juice
  • 1 quart
    Simple

    white granulated sugar

  • 1 cup
    Fresh
  • 3 oz
    Pomegranate Molasses
  • 1 oz
    Orange Flower Water
  • 0.5 bunch
    Mint
  • 0.5 orange
    Orange Zest

    zest only

  • 0.5 tbsp
    Flaky Sea Salt
  • 1 oz
    Absolut

    or other high-proof vodka, used as a preservative

Instructions

Combine the pomegranate juice and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring until the sugar is fully dissolved. Add the pomegranate seeds, pomegranate molasses, orange zest, and orange blossom water, then bring to a gentle boil before removing from heat. Add the mint and allow the mixture to cool completely to room temperature. Once cooled, stir in the vodka and sea salt. Strain through a fine-mesh strainer into a clean container. Store refrigerated for up to two weeks.
