Ingredients

  • 1 oz
    Brooklyn Small Batch Gin

    or other London Dry-style gin

  • 0.5 oz
    Alessio Bianco

    bianco/blanc vermouth

  • 0.5 oz
    Noilly Prat Extra Dry

    dry vermouth

  • 1 oz
    Tempus Fugit Crème de Violette
  • 2 dashes
    The Bitter Truth Lemon

    lemon bitters

  • 1 dash
    Verjus Blanc

    preferably Fusion Napa Valley Verjus Blanc

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir until well-chilled and properly diluted. Strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass. Express a lemon twist over the surface, then discard, and finish with a sprig of baby's breath as garnish.
