Instructions
Combine the cachaça, lemon juice, Aperol, and demerara syrup in a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously until well-chilled, then strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice. Top with soda water and finish with a grating of fresh cinnamon. Garnish with a lemon wedge and a cinnamon stick.
