Ingredients

  • 0.75 oz
    Lime Juice

    heaping/heavy pour

  • 0.75 oz

    equal parts Maraska Maraschino liqueur and simple syrup

  • 0.75 oz
    Green Chartreuse
  • 0.75 oz
    Monkey 47 Schwarzwald Dry Gin
  • 1 whole
    Lime Twist

    expressed and discarded

    expressed over the surface and discarded

  • 1 whole
    Maraschino Cherry

    preferably Luxardo or Fabbri Amarena; sunk into the drink

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with one large-format ice cube. Shake vigorously until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe. Express a lime twist over the surface of the drink and discard. Sink a maraschino cherry into the cocktail to serve.
