Instructions
Add the Scotch, lemon juice, and honey syrup to a shaker filled with ice. Shake until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled Collins glass filled with ice. Top with Fever-Tree Smoky Ginger Ale. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
