Ingredients

  • 2 oz
    Glen Moray 12 Year Old Single Malt Whisky

    Elgin Heritage expression

  • 0.5 oz
    Dolin Dry
  • 0.5 oz
    Grand Marnier
  • 0.25 oz

    1:1 honey to water ratio

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass and add ice. Stir until well-chilled and properly diluted. Strain into a chilled rocks glass over a large ice cube. Express a lemon twist over the surface and rest it on the rim to garnish.
