Ingredients

  • 0.5 oz
    Legendre Ojen
  • 1.5 oz
    Lofi Dry Vermouth

    or Dolin Dry

  • 2.5 oz
    Watermelon

    freshly juiced

  • 0.5 oz
    Lemon Juice
  • 0.25 oz
    Simple Syrup

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and add a generous scoop of pebble ice. Shake until well-chilled. Pour the entire contents—ice and all—into a footed pilsner, zombie, or hurricane glass and top with additional pebble ice. Garnish with a thin lemon wheel.
