1 batchFleur Noire Tea Syrup

2 % by weightCitric Acid

1 % by weightMalic Acid

0.5 % by weightLactic Acid Solution
Instructions
Prepare a batch of Fleur Noire Tea Syrup. Weigh the syrup in a bowl. Calculate and add 2% by weight of citric acid, 1% by weight of malic acid, and 0.5% by weight of lactic acid. Whisk until all acids are fully dissolved. Transfer to a storage container and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
