    Appleton Estate Signature

    or similar aged rum

  • 1.5 oz
    Lustau Amontillado Los Arcos
  • 0.25 oz
    Rothman & Winter Orchard Apricot
  • 0.75 oz
    Lemon Juice
  • 1 dash
    Angostura Aromatic Bitters

Instructions

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously until well-chilled. Double strain into a chilled coupe. Serve without garnish.
