Boulard VSOP
0.75 oz

Luxardo Bitter Bianco
0.25 oz

Clear Creek Pear Brandy
0.25 oz

Verjus Blanc

Instructions

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled. Strain into a double Old Fashioned glass over a large ice cube. Garnish with a Granny Smith apple fan.
