    Grapefruit Twist

    for muddling

  • 2 oz
    Beefeater London Dry Gin

    or similar London dry gin

  • 0.75 oz
    Punt e Mes
  • 0.25 oz
    Cynar
  • 1 tsp
    Luxardo Maraschino Originale

    or similar maraschino liqueur

Instructions

Gently muddle the grapefruit twist in the bottom of a mixing glass to express its oils. Add the gin, Punt e Mes, Cynar, and maraschino liqueur, then fill with ice. Stir until well-chilled and properly diluted. Strain into a chilled coupe.
