Ingredients

  • 1 oz
    Rye
  • 1 oz
    Laird's Applejack
  • 0.75 oz
    Lemon Juice
  • 0.75 oz
    Simple Syrup

    1:1, sugar:water

  • 1 whole
    Egg White

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and dry shake vigorously without ice to emulsify the egg white. Add ice and shake again until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a dusting of cinnamon and an apple slice.
