Żubrówka Bison Grass
1 oz

Granny Smith Cordial
4 drops

Saline Solution
4 oz

Seltzer
1 garnish

Horseradish

freshly grated
1 slice

Instructions

Add the vodka, Granny Smith cordial, and saline solution to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until well-chilled. Strain into a highball glass over fresh ice and top with seltzer. Grate fresh horseradish over the top to garnish, adding optional apple slices if desired.
