    El Dorado 8 Year

    or similar aged rum

  • 0.5 oz
    Giffard Banane du Brésil
  • 0.25 oz
    Smith & Cross

    or similar overproof Jamaican rum

  • 0.25 oz
    Coco López
  • 4 oz
    Water
  • 1 dash
    Angostura Aromatic Bitters

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan. Warm over low heat, stirring gently, until the mixture is steaming throughout. Pour into a mug and garnish with a cinnamon stick or a dehydrated banana chip.
