Ingredients

  • 2 oz
    Pierre Ferrand 1840

    or another bold VS/VSOP Cognac

  • 0.75 oz
    Pierre Ferrand Dry Curaçao
  • 0.75 oz
    Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp
    Rich Demerara Syrup

    2:1 demerara sugar to water

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with an orange peel.
