El Tesoro Blanco

or other blanco tequila with vegetal and vanilla notes
0.5 oz

Gamle Ode Dill Aquavit

or other dill aquavit
1 tsp

Giffard Fruit de la Passion

or other passion fruit liqueur
1 tsp

Marie Brizard Apry

Marie Brizard crème de cacao
0.75 oz

Lemon Juice
0.5 oz

Simple Syrup
2 oz

G.H. Mumm Champagne

or other Champagne, to top

Instructions

Combine the tequila, aquavit, passion fruit liqueur, crème de cacao, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice and shake vigorously until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled Champagne flute or wine glass. Top with a generous pour of Champagne.
