    Yamazaki 12 Year
  • 1 oz
    Banks 5 Island

    Lime Juice

    Cane Syrup

    Papaya purée

  • 1 tsp
    Crème de Cacao White

    Dale DeGroff's Pimento Bitters
  • 1 whole

Instructions

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with a few pieces of crushed ice. Whip shake briefly, just until the ingredients are incorporated. Pour the entire contents into a double old-fashioned glass. Top with additional crushed ice to fill the glass. Garnish with a parasol and add a straw.
