Ingredients

    Red Wine
  • 0.75 oz

Instructions

Combine the red wine, ginger syrup, and lime juice in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until well-chilled. Strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice. Top with soda water and garnish with a piece of candied ginger.
