Makrut Lime Leaf, Lemongrass and Shiso Syrup

Ingredients

  • 200 grams
    Simple Syrup
  • 3 grams
    Makrut Lime Leaf
  • 1 grams
    Sidetrack Shiso Liqueur
  • 20 grams
    Lemongrass

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a vacuum-seal bag. Seal and cook sous vide at 135°F for 2 hours. Transfer to an ice bath to cool, then fine strain and store.
