Martini & Rossi Riserva Speciale Bitter
1 oz

Martini & Rossi Bitter
1 oz

Sparkling Wine

Martini & Rossi Prosecco or sparkling rosé

Instructions

Combine the vermouth and bitter liqueur directly in a rocks glass over ice. Stir briefly to marry the two, then top with the Prosecco or sparkling rosé. Give one final, gentle stir to integrate without deflating the bubbles. Garnish with an orange slice or twist if desired.

About

The "mistaken" Negroni trades gin for Prosecco, yielding a lighter, effervescent Italian aperitivo built on the bittersweet interplay of Rubino vermouth and Martini & Rossi's bitter liqueur. A pink sparkling rosé can stand in for the Prosecco for a softer, rosy variation.
