Ingredients

  • 2 oz
    Del Maguey Vida

    or similar espadín mezcal

  • 1 oz
    Cointreau
  • 0.75 oz
    Lime Juice
  • 1 pinch
    Salt opt

    for rim

Instructions

Combine mezcal, Cointreau, and lime juice in a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe or over a large cube in a rocks glass. Garnish with a lime wedge and an optional salt rim.
