Ingredients

  • 1 oz
    Del Maguey Vida

    or other quality mezcal

  • 1 oz
    Bonal Gentiane-Quina
  • 1 oz
    Cynar
  • 1 dash
    Bittermens Xocolatl Mole Bitters

Instructions

Combine the mezcal, Bonal, Cynar, and mole bitters in a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir steadily until well-chilled and properly diluted. Strain into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass.
