Clear Creek Apple Brandy

preferably Clear Creek 8-year Pomme Eau de Vie
1 oz

Jameson

or similar Irish whiskey
0.75 oz

Pierre Ferrand Cigare

Pineau des Charentes, preferably Pierre Ferrand
1 barspoon

Peach
1 dash

Orange Bitters
1 twist

Orange

expressed and used as garnish

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir until well-chilled and properly diluted. Strain into a chilled Nick and Nora glass. Express an orange twist over the surface and garnish.
