About

A modern riff on the 19th-century Badminton Cup, this shochu-based cooler layers nutty orgeat and spicy jalapeño heat with fresh cucumber and mint, finished with a ginger beer float for a round, refreshing finish. The name pays homage to the boss of Japan's legendary yakuza crime syndicate.
