Ingredients

  • 0.75 oz
    Suze
  • 0.5 oz
    Giffard Fruit de la Passion
  • 2 oz
    Sparkling Wine

    to top

    Champagne preferred, to top

Instructions

Combine the Suze and passion fruit liqueur in a mixing glass over ice. Stir until well chilled, then strain into a chilled coupe. Top with sparkling wine and garnish with a lemon twist.
