Ingredients

1.5 ozPerruchi Gran Reserva Sweet Vermouth
or other quality sweet vermouth

1.5 ozLustau Amontillado Los Arcos

0.5 ozGiffard Banane du Brésil
a shy half ounce — slightly less than full measure
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir until well chilled and properly diluted. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with an expressed orange twist.
