7 dashesPeychaud's Bitters
More if adding orgeat or simple syrup

0.5 ozOrgeat opt
Or simple syrup; optional, for richer texture
Instructions
Fill a rocks glass with crushed ice. Pour the Ojen over the ice, add four dashes of Peychaud's bitters, and swizzle to combine. Top with additional crushed ice, then finish with the remaining three dashes of Peychaud's. Continue swizzling until the exterior of the glass frosts. If using orgeat or simple syrup, increase the Peychaud's as needed.
