Orange and Cranberry-Infused Bianco Vermouth

Ingredients

25 oz

Carpano Bianco
2 parts

Orange

peels only
8 oz

Cranberries, fresh

freshly muddled

Instructions

Combine the peels of two oranges and freshly muddled cranberries with the full contents of a 750ml bottle of bianco vermouth in a container. Seal and refrigerate overnight. Fine strain out all solids before using or serving. Store refrigerated.
