Ingredients

  • 2 oz
    Magdalena White Guatemalan Rum

    or similar white Guatemalan rum

  • 0.25 oz
    Chareau Aloe Liqueur
  • 1 oz

    Lime Juice
  • 0.5 oz
    Simple Syrup

    1:1 ratio

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with nopales and edible glitter.

A housemade cordial of palm sugar, fish sauce, Thai chiles, tomato water, and lime brings umami depth and Southeast Asian flair to an otherwise approachable rum base.
