Medium dry Madeira, preferably Broadbent Rainwater 3-Year
1 oz

Orange Juice
0.5 oz

Grenadine

Preferably Small Hand Foods
0.5 oz

Lemon Juice
1 slice

Pomegranate

slice

Instructions

Add the amaro, Madeira, orange juice, grenadine, and lemon juice to a shaker with ice. Shake until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled hurricane glass filled with pebble ice. Top with additional pebble ice as needed. Garnish with a pomegranate slice.
