Pecan Milk

Ingredients

  • 1 cup
    Pecan

    unroasted

  • 7 cups
    Water
  • 1 pinch
    Salt

Instructions

Combine pecans with 4 cups water and soak for 12 to 24 hours. Drain and discard soaking liquid. Add soaked pecans, 3 cups fresh water, and a pinch of salt to a high-speed blender. Blend on high until completely smooth. Strain through a nut milk bag or fine-mesh strainer into a sealable bottle. Store refrigerated for up to two weeks.
