Piloncillo Syrup
Ingredients

1 cupPiloncillo
rough-chopped cones

1 cupWater
Instructions
Roughly chop piloncillo cones and add to water in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring continuously until fully dissolved. Strain and cool completely before use. Store refrigerated for up to one month.
